E-mail adam@mdfleet.com or call 1-877-967-4500 to ask for a quote on any vehicle. Be prepared with the geographic location of the end user, including zip code, as well as vehicle specifications. Please advise as to whether your inquiry is general in nature, or if an actual purchase is imminent.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Fill out and fax a signed Order Form to 1-208-246-2647.
Prior to placing your first order, please fill out and fax our Client Information, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions forms. Please include who we should bill for your purchases, whether that is your bank, your leasing company or whether you will pay directly.
DELIVERY AND PAPERWORK PROCEDURE
• Once we receive your order, we purchase the vehicle(s) and arrange delivery to you or your driver(s).
• We deliver all light duty vehicles with 30-day temporary permits so the units may be operated from the minute you receive them.
• We generate sales documentation to transfer ownership of each vehicle and forward those documents to you, your bank, or your leasing company.
• You or your leasing company wire or mail funds for the purchase.
• We send title to you or your leasing company for processing UNLESS you are an Idaho company or are taking vehicle delivery in Idaho, in which case we process title directly for you.
• You or your leasing company process title, registration and plates.
